COMPANY HISTORY

Baldwin Building Systems, Inc. was incorporated by Doug Baldwin and Jeff Jefferson in 1991. Today the corporation is owned by Doug Baldwin and his wife, Jan; creating a husband and wife team that has grown from earning revenues of $500,000.00 with two employees to revenues in excess of $7.5 million dollars with ten employees.

In 1992, a relationship with General Motors started a string of automotive related projects. Our solid reputation with our automotive clients allowed us to expand into other segments of the market. With the rapidly expanding use of pre-engineered buildings as a durable and cost-efficient alternative to conventional steel, we diversified into the Office, Warehouse, Retail, Industrial, and Mini-Storage markets.

Baldwin Building Systems, Inc. has become one of the leaders in the Metro Atlanta design/build marketplace. BBS leadership has evolved through our creativity, product quality, team play, price and timeline sensitivity, owner relationships, and commitment.
